THE COMPOSITES AND NANOCOMPOSITES CENTER PUBLISHES A BOOK!

The book “Graphene & Nanoparticles Hybrid Nanocomposites”, edited and published in English in 2021, is the result of collaboration between Prof. Abou El Kacem QAISS and Prof. Rachid BOUHFID,  who are respectively director and senior researcher at the MAScIR Foundation’s Composites and Nanocomposites center, and Dr. Mohammad JAWAID, Professor at the Biocomposite Technology Laboratory, Institute of Tropical Forestry and Forest Products (INTROP), University of Putra Malaysia (UPM) in Malaysia.

This book covers recent research on nanomaterials and nanotechnologies based on the hybridization of graphene with other nanoparticles. With their simple synthesis, nanoscale dimensions, high aspect ratio, mechanical, electrical and thermal properties, graphene and its hybrid materials have attracted great interest.

The chapters of this book cover the spectrum of research from the preparation and synthesis of new nanocomposites to their potential use in aerospace, automotive, energy and environmental applications.
