MAScIR AT CERN IN GENEVA

A delegation from MAScIR, led by Mrs. Nawal Chraibi, Executive Director of the MAScIR Foundation, paid an official visit on May 9, 2022 to the European Council for Nuclear Research in Geneva (CERN). The delegation was received by Mrs. Charlotte Lindberg WARAKAULLE, Director of International Relations.

This visit follows the accession in 2020 of MAScIR to the ATLAS collaboration, an experiment of the LHC at CERN. The working meeting was an opportunity to present the activities and visions of the two institutes, to identify potential opportunities for collaboration on the scientific and training aspects and to affirm the active participation of researchers from the MAScIR’s Digitalization and Intelligent Microelectronic Devices center alongside other Moroccan researchers from different universities in one of the major CERN projects.
